Sector 11 Membership Protocol

1. Access & Subscription Infrastructure Sector 11 is a month-to-month executive workspace subscription. Access to the digital facility, co-working sprints, and member-only resources is granted immediately upon successful payment and remains active strictly for the duration of a paid, in-good-standing subscription.

2. The "Cancel Anytime" Policy To honor the cyclical nature of business, members may cancel their subscription at any time.

Self-Service: Cancellations must be processed via the member portal.
Timeline: To avoid the next billing cycle, cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled renewal date.
No Refunds: We do not offer refunds or prorated credits for partial months or unused access once a billing cycle has processed.

3. Non-Payment & Security Clearance Automated systems monitor subscription health. In the event of a failed payment, the system will immediately suspend your security clearance. Access to the Sector 11 workspace and all associated materials will be revoked until the account is re-aligned with a successful payment.

4. The Executive Standard (Conduct & Removal) Sector 11 is a high-vibration, focus-first environment. Stephanie Barthelmes Co. reserves the right to remove any member from the facility at its sole discretion to protect the collective rhythm of the space.

Grounds for Revocation: Disruptive behavior, solicitation of other members, or failure to adhere to "Silent Work" protocols.
Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to anyone at any time for any reason.

5. Operational Disclaimer Sector 11 is a workspace facility, not a coaching or consulting program. Membership does not include 1:1 advisory, technical support, or business consulting from Stephanie Barthelmes.
